What is it?

This is a stock ticker that retrieves stock quotes over WIFI and displays them, by scrolling the price info, followed by the percentage change info.

By default, it shows the 30 stocks in the DOW-30 index, but you can customize that to your own 30 stock quotes.

Why did you make it?

This is for having stock market information always available. No computer necessary, no browser tab necessary.

What makes it special?

Stock quotes, anytime, anywhere: All you need is WIFI! And a WIFI router with a WPS button.

It has beautiful OLED displays with super crisp, high contrast text.

How do you use it?

Press the WPS button on your WIFI router, and then power up the device with a USB charger. The device has a USB-C connector (cable not included.)

It will take a minute or so, after which your device will be connected to the internet, and displays the DOW30 Index.

The device will remember the WIFI settings between power-downs.

You can also set the 30 stocks to show with a Python script, so you can have it scroll your stock portfolio, instead of the DOW-30.
