This is a PCB and front panel(FR4) for a Kosmo format CV processing module.
It takes an input voltage, and outputs two voltages evenly spread above and below it. It also buffers the input voltage on another output.
The amount of offset is controllable by CV, with a built in attenuator.
This module is useful for equally detuning oscillators, evenly varying filter cutoffs, envelope lengths, and much more. It can also be used to apply positive and negative offsets to a control voltage.
+ - the CV input added to the In voltage
- - the CV input subtracted from the In voltage
Buffer - the In voltage buffered so there is no need for multiples and 1v/Oct tracking is correct
Spread - offsets the CV input. Used as a manual spread control when nothing is plugged into the CV input.
Att(enuator) - attenuates the CV input.
This module has similar functionality to that of the Barton Musical Circuits CV Spreader. There is a useful video here explaining the functionality of that module, a lot of which applies to this module.
