What is it?

This is a simple yet useful programming shield for a Arduino UNO. No more hassle wiring a breadboard to be able to programm an ATtiny 85. Just plug in and ... programm.

Why did you make it?

I created it to make programming ATtiny 85 easier for a school project (see also my LightWrite Lightpainting Device in the shop). Getting the wiring took the pupils quite some time and there are many points that could go wrong. This shield makes programming easy for everybody.

What makes it special?

Just plug and play! No need for additional wiring. There is a selector for the Voltage (5V/3.3V) to be provided to the ATtiny. Each pin of the ATtiny is additionally broken out for testing purposes. There is an easy reset button right on the board. Oh and did I mention it has a pulsing LED to show wheather the Arduino ISP Sketch has been uploaded correctly and the board is properly connected?

There is just no easier way to start programming your ATtiny right away!
