You can find the parts easily in any electronic parts store, or aliexpress/ebay for cheap, and order the printed circuit board on any PCB manufacturer using the gerber files available on github.
This is a small (18mm x 30mm) PCB board to add to a Korg Volca Modular MIDI IN capabilities.
One of the latest additions to the Korg Volca family, the Modular, doesn't have a MIDI IN connector, and only lets you interface with other hardware or software via Controlled Voltage. Not everybody has a MIDI to CV adapter, and MIDI is a much more extended way to play with electronic instruments. This board adds that missing feature to the Volca Modular.
Warning: To install this mod you have to Drill a hole on the plastic case and solder four (included) cables to the PCB of your Volca Modular, fortunately the soldering points are right at the edge of the board and it's very easy to prepare
