A USB HID desktop arcade controller compatible with MickGyver's DaemonByte Firmware. It’s a mix between a mechanical keyboard and budget arcade fight stick, but forced into the constraints of economical parts and versatility. Add a Arduino Pro Micro and some Cherry MX (or compatible) key switches and you have a hand-made compact fight stick.
The circuit board is discrete input (not a row column matrix) arduino pro micro arcade controller. Or just a generic USB HID game controller with a modular enclosure. The circuit is designed as pin to pin compatible with the open source and awesome DaemonByte firmware by MickGyver.
To drive down the cost of other niche arcade fight-sticks in the $250+ range but utilize $40 in parts.
The PCB gerbers, enclosure files, and control panel templates are open source. Enclosure is 3D printable, control panel templates are recommended for a laser cuttable. Buying from me helps fund new projects like this.
