📡 Wideband RF Power Amplifier 100 kHz – 8 GHz | 0.5W Output

Compact wideband RF power amplifier operating from 100 kHz to 8 GHz, delivering up to +27 dBm (0.5 W) output power.

This module includes an integrated low-noise linear voltage regulator (Analog Devices ADP7102ACPZ-R7), which converts the input supply to a stable 8V output for the amplifier stage.
It provides enhanced isolation from input power noise and ensures consistent performance under varying supply conditions.

Housed in a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum enclosure for EMI shielding and thermal stability. Mounts easily with included screws.
