Here's a very compact and easy to use tool to check that the wiring and plugs on a brushless sensor cable are working properly. Essentially, it's a continuity checker for those cables. A properly functioning sensor cable is important to having a sensored brushless motor work as designed.
Prior to the development of this, it was largely guesswork as to whether the problem in your car was the result of a bad cable or something else. In a few seconds, you can easily determine if the cable is good.
This is a compact, self-powered tool that uses a replaceable CR2032 coin battery and features ultra-low power LEDs for long battery life.
Simply plug in both ends of your cable and press the button. All green lights means the cable is good to go. Any red lights and maybe it's time to replace it.
