This ADIN1110 breakout provides a SPI-connected MAC and PHY for 10BASE-T1L single-pair Ethernet. It is software-compatible with SparkFun's ADIN1110 Arduino library. A twisted-pair cable can be connected to the outermost two pins of the 3-pin JST SH connector, with the middle pin providing ground.
