I bought a large batch of these a few years ago for a project, and still have loads of them taking up space.
This is a simple four connector, or 4-pole, audio cable. The ends are TRRS (Tip, Ring, Ring, Shield) configuration, compatible with most applications for carrying stereo audio plus microphone, e.g. iPhone.
They have male 3.5mm (1/8 inch) connectors on both ends (i.e. patch cable).
The cables are 3 feet (1 meter) long, and the ends and insulator are white.
The four individual wires are color coded, and follow this pinout:
