This PowerRiser is a custom-designed riser card tailored for Lenovo Tiny 5 series systems (8th/9th gen Lenovo Tiny). It enables the addition of an extra 2230 or 2242 NVMe drive while preserving the x8 PCIe connection through an open-ended x8 PCIe connector.
The x8 PCIe slot is open at the end, allowing for the installation of longer cards, such as x16 GPUs, providing greater flexibility in hardware choices. The electrical connection would still be x8 though.
You will have to remove the metal bracket on the front that holds the Bluetooth antenna for this riser to fit. (see photos) Also see the fit in the photos with a x16 graphics card.
Only compatible with the following models: ThinkCentre M720q, M920q, M920x, and ThinkStation P330 Tiny The M.2 slot supports only PCIe NVMe drives, not SATA.
