I absolutely LOVE formant/vocal/speech effects and always have. This is a module I designed based on a vocal filter schematic in Electronotes. It has a total of 4 formant filters. One of them is fixed. The other 3 have voltage controlled Q (resonance) and cutoff. The output of all 4 filters goes through a notch filter to add a nasal quality (this can be turned off by dialing the notch pot all the way to either side). The notch filter cutoff is also voltage controlled.
This module is one of my favorites. Here's a link to a sound sample:
The PCB is rather large and may not fit in all Eurorack cases, it's 4"x3.4". The filter will work with either Eurorack +/-12V or a +/-15v system. There is no Eurorack header as this board was originally part of a dual board module which I also sell. The components kit includes a ribbon cable and female header that you can solder directly to the board holes.
Note: This PCB uses 3 CA3080s. If you don't have these there is an option to include them.
Schematics and docs will be provided on purchase. If you have any questions at all please let me know.

I'm a software engineer, and have always been a musician and a tinkerer with electronics. Recently I decided to take up building modular synths and love it.
