An ESP32 basis developing board with wide ePaper, Audio DAC, I2S MEMS microphone, micro SD card slot and Lipo charger
ESP32 has wonderful potentials, not limited to the conventional application but also more. I myself want to make it and need a developing board like this, so I made one. This is the bigger screen version of this one. Basic wiring and handling are the same as the smaller screen version.
GDEH029A1, 2.9-inch 296x128 pixels ePaper on board, connected by SPI bus with ESP32.
High-resolution audio DAC TI PCM5102A is connected through I2S.
MEMS microphone ICS43434 is connected through I2S.
Combination of Audio DAC and MEMS microphone is suitable for smart speaker (Amazon Alexa) experiment
micro SD card slot onboard, connected through SPI
Lipo charger is onboard, and also charger function is selectable by onboard jumper
