This is a set with both the regular sized (0.4-2.3mm) and the XL sized (2.4-3.5mm) versions of the Component Pin Sizer.
How often haven't you wondered if that particular component will fit in a 0.8mm hole or if you need a 0.9 or even a 1.0 mm hole? Sure - you can use calipers to measure, but it's kinda tricky and hard to read the correct size especially when measuring square pins. And it's also hard to tell how much of wiggle room you've got unless you actually can test it with real hole.
With the PinSizer you can just put the pin into the holes and actually get an immediate confirmation of the correct size you need for your hole/via in your PCB.
This set is cheap to ship so it will cost you less than dollar in shipping. And the cost for the set is 1 dollar less than the two parts combined. How that's for a deal? :-)

Excellent reference boards! They come with most relevant drill holes used on a PCB. Specially handy when you need to layout holes for components with not very common pin sizes. It would be even great if these two boards could come together on a single board.
Very fast delivery too!

Found useful for sizing up several different components when designing for them or just drilling holes in prototyping board.
A very useful tool. Beats lining the component up with a drill bit and going "looks about right". You can actually see if it's going to fit!

These pin size gauges are very handy to have on your workbench to double check component lead/pin sizes before sending off your PCB design for manufacture. I have only made a drill size error once, but that was enough to have to scrap the board run and re-spin the boards.
The lesson: Datasheets are not always correct and it is essential to physically check things! Simple tools like these can save time and money!
So thanks for coming up with these, and thanks for getting my order (#5922) out so fast :)

I got this since it seemed very useful and unique. I don't make boards, but I would like to start and this seems like one of those super-simple tools that still can remove some uncertainty and just make life a little bit easier.
I've only used it to quickly check the pin headers that was included in the order (for SMD adapters that I also bought from the same seller) and that was easy enough.
You can wear a sizer board as a pendant around your neck too, not that I would do such a geeky thing, of course.
The order arrived to Sweden in 9 days, with hand-written note from the seller included, which I thought was a very nice touch. That the note was in Swedish was of course even nicer. :)
