This offer is for one preprogrammed Atmel AVR ATxmega128A3U (with integrated USB full speed transceiver). It is an unused device, but soldered for being preprogrammed and then desoldered again.

The AVR is preprogrammed with the bootloader version "20140220T2222ZSB" (or newer) of my "avrstick" project, which is also available here on tindie... It is also configured/fused properly, to build your own stick. But it also can be used on your own layout/PCB, where you just want to implement the sick's features...

The AVR is (pin- and code-)compatible to its predecessor (ATxmega128A3), see http://www.atmel.com/Images/doc8416.pdf.

It has 128KiB Flash program memory (plus 8KiB bootloader section), 8KiB S-RAM and EEPROM 2KiB.
