There aren't many decent scope probe holders out there for when you need to measure 4 or more signals without soldering wires to them. This probe holder is the "good enough" version for budget-conscious engineers and technicians. There's also one for the TDP3500 differential probe, for the same price, and a "PH-TPP1K-GOOD" that is a lot more expensive, and a bit better. This one requires some fiddling to get the probe to stay exactly right, the other one requires less fiddling and also has fine adjustment knobs. As you can see in the zoomed in photo, this does work with spring clips for high speed signals, or clip leads for slower signals. It's carefully designed so you can get 6 or even 8 probes in a fairly small area (2-3 cm^2). Designed by an electrical engineer for electrical engineers and technicians.

It's on a switchable magnetic base, so you'll want a piece of sheet steel (maybe with polyimide tape on it to avoid shorts) to anchor it to, or you can use an LCD monitor arm with a steel plate at the end - most VESA mounting plates will hold 4 of these probe arms. I use a scope cart with an LCD arm and retractable casters to hold 4 of these attached to an MSO64 for MIPI and high speed laser pulse trigger measurements. There's a spot for the color ID rings that usually go on the probes - you have to remove them to fit them into this, but they can snap right back on to this holder.

A well known Japanese oscilloscope/test equipment company sells a slightly less good but very similar probe holder for about $1300. Buy this and spend the other $1200 on scope options!
