This is a small knob, measuring only 12mm in diameter, and 17mm in height. It is useful for rotary encoders in tightly packed arrangements, such as front panels for small pieces of equipment. It is smaller in diameter than many other knobs in the same category.
It has a 6mm D shaft fitting, suitable for most rotary encoders.
Neither the end cap nor the main barrel of the knob have any pointer on them, which is usually what you want for incremental rotary encoders, where the absolute position is not significant.
This is the knob included on the OLED front panel module.
Note that two knobs are shown in the picture so you can see it from the top and the side, but they are supplied in units of one piece each. The 4mm banana plug is shown for scale, but is also not included.
