What is it?

The Z20X computer is a simple Z80-compatible system for hobby and learning. Despite its great simplicity it still includes all important parts in a computer system - input/output, video, sound, storage, expansion capabilities.

Why did you make it?

The project is part of my active hobby work on vitange computing.

What makes it special?

Z20X is built around the eZ80F92 chip - probably the only system using this IC. It is thought as a backpack board to a commonly used 7-inch LCD panel. The system also includes a unique PGA-like socket for upgrade with different processor modules. The Z20X's expansion bus is convenient for developing all sort of expansion modules.
