This handy little breakout board allows you to easily connect one or two SMA leads to a solderless breadboard (or any other connection utilizing pins or pads on 0.1" centers).
The SMA connectors are gold-plated edge-launch connectors with standard female gender (not RP-SMA). They come soldered to the PCB. Breakout connection is available on a 3x3 grid of 0.1" pads. The center pad is connected to the signal (SMA center conductor), and the corner pads are connected to ground (SMA shield). The remaining 4 pads (center of each edge) are not connected but are provided for the convenience of attaching pin header strips and mechanical stability. The two SMA connectors are electrically isolated (they do not share a common ground).
This adapter is perfect for getting RF signals out of a circuit on a solderless breadboard, or routing RF signals between separate assemblies.
Pin header strips and SMA cables are not included.
