These modules are compatible with the RC2014 eco-system.
This kit consists of 5 modular PCBs (modules) when assembled makes a simple 8-bit computer. The kit is only provided as empty PCBs and does not contain parts or backplane. For a working system, an RC2014 compatible backplane is required to connect the modules together.

The kit is easy to assemble, and do not require extensive soldering experience. A working kit has limited functionality, but modules can be replaced and/or added to the system, making it a much more powerful computer. The parts for this build can be obtained cheaply from sellers like eBay, or for a reasonable price from a reputable electronic parts distributor.
Recommended backplanes (full kits):
RC2014 is a trademark of RFC2795 Ltd (www.rc2014.co.uk).
The MC6850 is rated at 1Mhz, and the MC68B50 is rated at 2Mhz but runs happily at up to 7.3Mhz.
This is a hobby electronic kit and only intended for educational and hobby use.
