This the GlobalSat EM-411 20-channel GPS module based on the Sirf Star III chipset, and supports the NEMA 0183 protocol. They are very easy to interface with.
Measuring about 30mm X 30mm x 10.5mm, they are small integrated package and include on-board voltage regulation, LED status indicator, SuperCap backed RAM, and an integrated patch antenna. The interface cable is included.

These are USED units but were all removed from working equipment and as such, they are not COSMETICALLY perfect. In the pictures you may notice some black bits on the module. When I removed these modules from the device they were installed in, they were secured into place using some type of black silicon based adhesive. It does not affect them in any way and I try to remove as much as I can (which is most of it) I suspect the remainder could be removed with a bit of rubbing alcohol.
