With this Raspberry Pi Expansion Board, a Raspberry Pi 3B/3B+/4B can be turned to a multifunctional RPI-HAT programmer which supports I2C, SPI, SWD, JTAG and ICSP programming. The multi-functional programmer can program numerous microcontrollers, such as ARDUINO, spi-flash, and i2c-eeprom.
