This dual-channel, panel-mount train controller is a pleasure to use. The controller has an inbuilt computer that gives independent, precision control of two trains (multiple engines per train) with excellent slow speed running and smooth switching/shunting. You will have very smooth acceleration and deceleration of your trains - no sudden stops.
It has bidirectional speed knobs. You turn left to go one way, to the right to go the other way. The knobs are large size and easy for you to use. You can keep your eye on your train and not have to look at the controller to change direction.
The controller features a power button with an inbuilt bright status/power LED. On power-up, the LED flashes to confirm startup. Then stays on to indicate power. The LED looks very cool in your control panel.
M3 (3 mm) mounting holes for mounting on your layout or in your control panel makes it easy to install. Just connect a DC power pack (not included) and wires to your track. Wires clip in easily and securely to the track connectors. Three sets of connector wires are included (6 total).
