The U.V cure Station Controller can be used to control Resin printed 3d designs in a curing chamber by using a turntable and a U.V. LED source. It features an Oled screen, a keypad with three switches, a buzzer, a lid sensor, three outputs - geared motor, extractor fan, and U.V. LED, and also a menu system to control all the functions and the timer.
The controller can switch on the u.v LEDs and also control the speed of the turntable by means of the integrated menu. A menu option to switch a fan is also Included. The In-Built timer can be set by using the Keypad control which consists of an encoder with switch, a start button, and a stop button.
The Controller shows all the information on a 1.3" OLED display, it can be switched off if needed for long delays.
As I am now printing with Resin Printers, I needed a curing station! Most brands are expensive! Well, I had no option to build one. Thanks to the Killerbox for the 3Dprinted design I made the PCB for it and added some more features to it.
What Is Included ?
Assembled board with Arduino mini and all components on board with Uploaded code.
Listing does not Include the Temperature sensor, motor, OLED display
