You will get the PCB and the headers according as in the image. The headers are not soldered in the kit, you will have to solder the headers yourself!
It is compatible with this installation instructions/script created by The Things Network Zurich.
Some users started to notice that connecting the boards with jumper wires caused interference and the concentrator would suddenly restart at random times. This boards helps to solve that problem, and it also makes it way easier to connect the boards and build your own LoRaWAN gateway, because counting pins and wiring correctly is hard! ;)
What makes it special? Nothing at all. It's the simplest boards ever. But it gets the job done.
