After soldering the two plugs and the microcontroller to the PCB, you will have a PS/2 adapter. This apdapter plugs into the Gigatron TTL microcomputers' game controller port. You can then connect a PS/2 keyboard (not included) to control the Gigatron. The supplied EPROM contains 5 games, two BASIC interpreters (TinyBASIC and MS BASIC) and Apple-1 compatibility (including WozMon). You can even save small BASIC programs into the microprocessor on the adapter.
We created this adapter for all existing Gigatron customers that not yet have an adapter included, to get even more out of their system: it transforms the Gigatron into a fully interactive BASIC computer. If you are building an open source harware version of the Gigatron and would like to get the Pluggy McPlugface components and the latest ROMv5a, this is a good place to get it as well, from the original designers!
I had some left over stock of PCBs, which I am selling here now. This is the last stock.
