Like to share projects I find interesting. These are usually in the areas of retrocomputing, ham radio and home-brew test gear.
Have you ever wanted to own a piece of computing history? The Apple 1 was the first mass produced home computer in the world. They command a huge price on the used market, though. With this PCB and a handful of ICs, you can capture some of the magic of the beginnings of computing.
Inclusion of a flashed and verified 64Kbit Atmel EEPROM lowers the barrier to entry even more! Flashing this EEPROM requires hardware that may not be accessible to everyone so I have done this bit for you. The EEPROM contains the BASIC interpreter and WozMon software from the github repository listed above.
