I hope you will enjoy my designs made to help your electronic development.
I needed a breakout board to access all the Teensy 3 and 3.1 pins, and I needed a board to plug Arduino shields with the Teensy. This board is not "Teensy" small but has a lot of space to design many circuits. All the Teensy pins from #1 to #33, VBAT, Program, A14/DAC or Reset on Teensy 3.0 are connected (see the diagram for pinout).
Note: The reset pins on the Arduino shield is NOT connected to Teensy Reset since the Reset Pin is not available on Teensy 3.1. The Reset button of the Teensy is still visible even when a Shield is used.
You can download and print this diagram from the datasheet.
The Kit Includes:
The board is sold with all the components needed to be assembled by yourself (SMT component already soldered); or just the board; or the complete assembled product ready to use. Lastly, I also sell the board with a Teensy3.1 (sourced from Oshpark) with all the pins on top and bottom side soldered.
I do not cut the connection between VIN and VUSB, it is still visible with the Teensy mounted. If you want to cut it is easy without unmounting the Teensy from the board. Please refer to the Teensy layout card.
The pads underneath the Teensy are fragile. If you need to unplug the Teensy from the board, you should insert a long thin point between the white connectors and their bottom header. Then use the point gently as a lever moving up/down vertically.
