Read More…The AMPLE1P is a 20A capable power board designed to be powered from a ATX power supply with PCI-E 6-pin power connectors (the male connector is included as an accessory). It's designed to operate from a nominal 12V rail, but accepts 4.5-16V input. The output voltage can be adjusted between 1.0V-3.4V using the on-board potentiometer.
Some people like to replace their faulty or sub-par auxiliary power rails on their PC graphics cards.
It's compact due to relying solemnly on ceramic output capacitors and maintains a wide input and output voltage range while maintaining high current capabilities. It also has on-board switches for selecting between 300 KHz and 750 KHz switching frequency and Constant Conduction Mode or Power Savings Mode (skip mode).
