What is it?

This product is a 3D printed adapter that allows you to mount BeagleBone Black and BeagleBone Green boards to standard DIN rail.

Why did you make it?

The mounting holes on the BeagleBone Black and Green are not very convenient. This product mounts to the back of the BeagleBone and allows you to use standard DIN rails to mount your electronics more easily into enclosures.

What makes it special?

This product makes use of the standard DIN rail design, simplifying enclosure design and mounting options for BeagleBone boards. DIN rail is used pervasively in electronics mounting. It is especially common in industrial control and security system settings.

Screws are included. BeagleBone Board and DIN rail not included.

The DIN rail used for development can be gotten at Digikey, part number ADR3575-S0600-ND. Other DIN rails should also work with this product.
