The Tandy 1000 EX SmartWatch+ module add's a Clock & Calendar to your 1000 EX. All you need to do is install it under the BIOS ROM and then use the Y2K Patched SMWCLOCK.COM utility to set the time automatically via your Autoexec.bat file.
I made these because the original SmartWatch modules dont fit in the 1000 EX plus the batteries on them are now mostly dead and cant be replaced. The 1000 EX SmartWatch+ uses a standard CR1632 Lithium coin cell for long life and easy replacement.
The Tandy 1000 EX SmartWatch+ module is fully assembled as shown, however the Lithium battery is NOT included due to international shipping regulations.
Please check which version EX you have as some EX's have the BIOS chip in the middle of the motherboard instead of under the expansion slot - if you have this version, please buy the HX/SX version instead.
NOTE: ONLY the "Tandy 1000 EX SmartWatch+" is for sale, other items pictured are for demo purposes only.
