IRLR2905 MOSFET with driver allows for logic level control of your power switching projects.
I have stock of these and one's with a temp controlled PWM fan controller I just set my quantity to ZERO while I am moving. If you're in a bind and need one fast let me know and I'll see what I can do.
5-12V control (logic level input!)
Four interface pins, VCC, VSS, INPUT, and VGS
Two-position quick-disconnect connector for MOSFET output (matching plug to socket included)
MOSFET VDSS rated to 55V MAX at 30A; the board has been tested to 140 watts (48V, 3.1A @ 66% duty cycle)
5.5 CFM 40mm x 40mm 12V Fan
Partially assembled board. You solder the two through-hole connectors and mount the fan with the spacers
Note: The power traces on the PCB are 40mil and not rated for the full current capability of the MOSFET.
This product is a BETA board and the price is reduced to reflect this while my first run boards are still available.
Documentation: you'll need to get this online from the link provided.
Silk-screen: this first run board did not have the completed silk-screen added. See documentation for pin diagram.

Hello, I enjoy building things I use on my electronics work bench. I recently decided to start offering items for sale that I build for myself. If you have any questions or want modifications please contact me.
