This high-powered motor/stepper/servo shield, powered by the TB6612 MOSFET driver DATASHEET delivers big power in a compact footprint. It can power up to 4 DC motors or 2 stepper motors and has dedicated ports for 4 5v servos. It can deliver continuous 1.2A per motor channel (3A PEAK), and can be supplied from either the internal 5v power (200ma MAX), or an external voltage of 5-12V.
It uses the I2C interface and can be individually addresses to allow you yo stack up to 32 shields!
The TB6612 offers low voltage drop across the motors to extend battery life and built-in flyback-protection diodes.

This shield can be ordered fully-assembled or as a kit for self-assembly. All surface-mount components are pre-assembled.
