This board takes 3 data pins and turns it into 8 high-current outputs. It is also daisy-chainable for even more outputs.

It's easy enough to wire up one MOSFET when you need it, but if you have a project that's going to actuate 80 solenoids or toggle a bunch of led switches, its a PITA to wire. This is a simple board to make life just that little bit easier.
Simply use this like any other shift register would be used. Please note that the output is disabled by default. Pull OE to ground to enable the output. Also, the data input side is on the side of output 0, and data output on output 8's side.
There are integrated flyback diodes so you don't need to worry about inductive loads. It can handle currents up to 3.5A at 30V, and can be upgraded by putting solder on the paths for even more current.
Here is an example sketch that will control the board, again, make sure to tie OE to ground. https://github.com/calebmarting/shiftdriver
