A DIY 10W RGB LED COB driver.
The layout is designed to fit a 10W LED into smaller props (globes, RBL, etc.) where space is limited. Light-output of a 10W LED far exceeds other methods generally used for these props (even at significantly reduced intensity)--see comparison video below.
10W LED and Heatsink not included. As with all high-powered LEDs, proper use of a heatsink (and thermal paste/pad) is required. Assembled photo shown with 65mm x 15 mm aluminum heatsink (but other heatsinks can be used).
LED may need to be modified to split the + terminal into three separate pins (most 10W RGB LED COB are manufactured with the + terminals connected). See photo-example.
Ensure proper polarity when connecting the LED to the PCB. Both the LED and PCB are marked + and -.
