The STD IoTbase NANO carrier module (SKU 020211306021) is a universal platform designed for quick and seamless integration of microcontroller modules in the Arduino Nano form factor, as well as extending their functionality using IoTextra series mezzanines and mikroBUS™ modules. This is an Open Source Design solution, perfectly suited for modular design of small series of IoT, IIoT devices, and Smart Home systems, as well as for rapid prototyping.
The STD version is standard and is designed for stationary and industrial applications that require reliable power supply and user interface support: - Power: Includes a built-in 5W (1A) DC-DC converter, which allows supplying an external non-isolated voltage in a wide range of 9-36VDC (via the terminal block). - Display Support: Includes the EYESPI FFC connector for displays. - Industrial Peripherals: RS-485 and 1-Wire interfaces are not installed in this configuration. - Additionally: Can also be powered via USB Type-C (5VDC).
Thanks to the use of Arduino NANO form factor modules, the IoTbase NANO board is widely compatible with popular tools and ecosystems: - Native Programming: Full support for Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, and MicroPython (for compatible modules). - Visual Programming: Enables rapid integration with Node-RED and Blynk platforms (depending on the SOM module installed in the NANO slot). - IoTflow Integration: Deeply integrated into the IoTflow software platform (for creating Node-RED nodes and their integration). - Documentation: Open Source Design and code examples for quick starting.
