Please Note: this is a rev. 0.9 board and there is one PCB layout error. A jumper must be soldered for proper operation of the Reset line.
I normally ship with the OptiBoot bootloader installed set for 24 MHz operation. If you would like no Bootloader or a different frequency, or other variation, just let me know.
If you need to be able to reload the bootloader I am working on a mod to my USB-UART for ESP to allow programming the UPDI interface on this board. In the meantime I could help you to jury rig a CP2102 or FTDI programmer - quite easy - just need 1 or 2 resistors and a diode..
The board is easily programmable via the Arduino IDE - Spencer Konde (Dr. Azzy) has written a fine boards package called DXcore. It installs via the IDE boards manager and works very well with IDE version 1.8.13 and above.
In addition this board offers a female header for connecting a CP2102 or FTDI USB-UART board. There is also provision for directly connecting an I2C OLED board via a 4-pin female header.
The unassembled version includes the PCB, MCU, 28-pin socket, 6-pin female header for the USB-UART, 4-pin header for the OLED and the male header pins.. If you want the 4-pin OLED header on the assembled version, just let me know.
