Read More…This is a 16-bit ADC module based on the popular ADS1115 chip. The board features a rotary switch that lets you change the I²C address without soldering, plus a Stemma QT connector for easily daisy-chaining multiple boards.
I was working on a strain-gauge project and needed eight gauges connected to the same MCU. The ADS1115 works well for this, but wiring that many modules required an insane amount of soldering—I had to set the I²C address on each board by re-soldering an SMD resistor and then hand-wire all the power and I²C lines!
So I built this module for two reasons:
