What is it?
The Ahmsville dial is an Arduino based device inspired by Microsoft’s surface dial, the dial serves as a secondary dial controller for your pc, something you can use in Fusion 360, Solidworks, Premier pro and other applications geared towards creators. It can also be used for quick launching applications, zooming and scrolling operations in various applications, controlling your systems media/audio, and also as a color based passkey to login to your system.
Why did you make it?
I made the dial as a controller to aid me in my creative process, something that was very intuitive to use, built to last and based on a platform (Arduino) that’s easily accessible and customizable for other makers.
What makes it special?
Kit Option 1 is the essentials only, you will get the Dial board, capacitive touch pad and the vibration motor, choose this option if you have all the other parts on hand.
