Pump Control Relay - Tri-Phase
Functions and features 1) PHASE FAULT: Multifunction Phase Controller for Three-Phase Networks The control option allows for monitoring phase loss and phase balance in a three-phase electrical network. This option provides several functions: Monitoring the presence of all three phases Monitoring phase asymmetry Monitoring overvoltage/undervoltage between phases Equipped with a relay that ensures instantaneous tripping and delayed re-engagement after the electrical network has returned to stable conditions. Upon detection of a fault, the relay switches its contacts. The relay is available with both Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) contact outputs.
2) FULL WELL: Dry-Run Protection Controller This option is specially designed to protect against the absence or drainage of water in wells, forges, or any water source. Operates at 24 V voltage and 13 mA current. This minimum threshold ensures complete protection against electrical hazards and secure operation at the water source. It uses 3 level electrodes (low/medium/high) to provide precise control (start, maintain, and stop). Equipped with a relay that ensures instantaneous tripping when water is absent and delayed re-engagement after the water source has been refilled. Upon detecting the absence of water, the relay switches its contacts. The relay is available with both Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) contact outputs
3) FULL TANK: Automatic Service Control Controller This option is specially designed to monitor the pump operation system based on the water demand in the reservoir. It is optional if you do not use it. The system operates solely based on the availability of water in the well. Control is based on reservoir filling or pressure reached at the pressure switch, float switch, or others. Operates at 24 V voltage and 13 mA current. This minimum threshold ensures complete protection against electrical hazards and safe operation at the water reservoir or pressure switch contacts. It uses 3 level electrodes (low/medium/high) to provide precise control (start, maintain, and stop) or a Normally Open (NO) contact at the pressure switch for precise control (start, stop). Equipped with a relay that ensures instantaneous tripping when filling the reservoir and delayed re-engagement after the reservoir has been emptied. During reservoir filling, the relay switches its contacts. The relay is available with both Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) contact outputs.
4) PUMP ON: Pump operation enabled after meeting the following three conditions: • Quality/stability of the electrical network • Presence of water in the well • Absence of water in the reservoir Operates at 240 V voltage and 8 A current. This maximum threshold ensures precise control (start/stop) of the contactor coil. Equipped with a relay that ensures activation and deactivation according to the operating conditions. When all operating conditions are met, the relay switches its Normally Open (NO) contacts.
*Why did you make it?*
In a world increasingly dependent on efficient resource management, the Pump Control Relay - Tri-Phase was designed as an intelligent and comprehensive solution to the common problems associated with pump operation in agricultural, industrial, and even residential systems that rely on wells. This device was developed in response to persistent challenges faced by users—such as pump burnout due to dry wells, failures caused by voltage fluctuations or phase loss, and unnecessary operation when the tank is already full.
This device addresses all of these issues in one integrated system. It ensures that the pump only operates when water is available, the tank requires filling, and the electrical supply is stable, resulting in extended pump lifespan, reduced maintenance costs, and optimized energy and water consumption.
This device is not a luxury—it's an essential safeguard for your investment in any pumping system that operates under unstable electrical conditions, varying water sources, and fluctuating consumption needs. It’s the silent guardian that prevents failures before they happen and monitors what your eyes cannot see.
Its smart and easy-to-install design makes it the ideal choice for anyone seeking comprehensive protection and precise control—without the need for complex or costly systems.

*What makes it special?*
Due to the high cost of traditional control systems and electrical panels used to operate water pumps, this device was designed as a smart and cost-effective solution that combines efficiency with affordability. This unique design not only reduces costs but also opens the door for the device to be used in personal applications or industrial assembly for manufacturing electrical control panels for water pumping and monitoring systems. (Attached images show an example of a small control and protection panel for a farm pump.) Whether you are a hobbyist looking for a reliable and easy-to-install solution, or a professional aiming to market a smart system at a competitive price, this device provides the perfect foundation to get started.
