This is a simple eurorack power distribution bus board, that I showed how to do in a video a while back. It is super simple to make your own deisgn and order pcbs from a pcb manufacturer. These busboards are the design I did in that video.
It is quite straight forward, but look at the video to make sure you do it correct. There is one row of holes along each of the edges. Use wire to connect multiple boards together, as shown in one of the pictures. If you buy it with the IDC-connectors, there is a small arrow on one of the edges of the connector. That arrow should be towards "the red line", so -12V. This comes as one PCB that can be broken into three PCBs that can either be put as one long busboard, or distributed as you'd like in your rack.
You can either buy just the PCB and use pin headers to distribute the power, or buy it with the correct 16pin IDC headers.
Works well with the [PSU2 +-12V and +5V Power Supply] (https://www.tindie.com/products/19310/)
I switched to "real" eurorack power in my DIY modular and did this to distribute the power more reliably. Watch the video on how to create a PCB like this from scratch here: https://youtu.be/8k0GSykCyJQ
