These are partially assembled Vinduino R3 PCBs for remote soil moisture measurement. We had some left from a prototype run, and they may be just what you want if you want to make your own version of a remote soil moisture sensor monitor or save cost. To make a working board, add an Arduino pro mini, LED, 4 capacitors, a fuse, and a 32 kHz X-tal. Add connectors to your personal liking.
