Together with our example Python script, released on Github, it is easy to make a single channel gateway that transfers Vinduino sensor data to ThingSpeak, and locally store sensor data in a SQLite database. The Python gateway program for Vinduino has been tested with Ubuntu Linux, RPI, and MacOS.
With this dongle you can easily turn any old PC or Raspberry Pi into a single channel LoRaLAN IoT gateway or node.
Features:
Please note that this module is LoRaLAN (not LoRaWAN) and only works with Globalsat LM-513H modules or other LD-20s. An antenna is included, Raspberry Pi not included.
