It's a perfect board to make your own projects at home, make tests of your prototypes, easilly to program through USB connection to PC/MAC. Or program that board throught Pickit programmer (or other programmer that you can have). You can program this board with MPLAB, MPLABX, CCS, Pinguino PIC IDE, etc...
I sell this item with a Pinguino Pic bootloader precharged. The bootloader is the initial software that enables the Microcontroller to communicate with the PC through the USB port. It also enables the Microcontroller to self update its own boot software via the USB port.
