10 Precision Dispensing Needles, for use with any standard Luer Lock syringe barrel. Perfect for Type 5 solderpaste and fine pitch components. Tested with the Pieco Paste Press!
Or, if you want to play the field - select the assortment, and you'll get all three sizes, plus both sizes of our Standard Tips - a total of 50 tips (10 of each size, 18ga, 20ga, 23ga, 25ga, 27ga).
And if you want to get crazy... try the Super Precise 30ga needles. Perfect for those really small pitches - you can apply paste on a .5mm pitch IC pad - exactly. Say goodbye to solder bridges and copper braid :)
Disclaimer: not all tips will be compatible with all materials, or even different batches of the same material. When in doubt, go with the largest tip that your application supports. We do not guarantee compatibility.
Precision Dispensing Needles feature a highly polished interior, plus a very short needle length, both of which greatly reduce backpressure. Available in 23ga, 25ga or 27ga - just choose the option that you prefer.
If you're doing smaller passives, 23ga is a good pick. If you're getting down to 0201s and ICs with fine pitch, 27ga works well. Want to go as small as you can go? Try the Super Precise 30ga needles (but be warned - don't even think about using these without a Paste Press and quality T5 paste). Not sure? Get the assortment, and try out some 23's, 25's and 27's!
Ideal for applying solderpaste or other high-viscosity materials to the smallest areas.
