PicoPI PRO is a toy robot and it's also a teaching robot. Solder it together and it comes alive, then, tell it what to do!
Robots are way cool! This is a great soldering kit and a fun way to learn how motors and sensors work, how robots can drive autonomously, and how a PIC micro-controller can be programmed.
There are 10 easy to follow PDF worksheets & video lessons on YouTube to learn and program the PicoPI. Learn to control metal gear motors, IR reflection sensors, an Audio Buzzer, an LCD and lots of other cool micro-controller stuff.
To program the PicoPI, you will need to download the PicoFlow Alpha flowchart programming software and the PicoFlow USB Programmer is provided.
Not only that, once soldered together, all the modular bits can be connected however you want, so you can design and make your own control projects. They are even compatible with other platforms such as Arduino.
