The filament Fuser/joiner allows you to melt both ends of the filament in question at the right temperature and join them to produce one run of coloured filament.
In my previous versions I always saw the need to improve my design and mostly safety features. So I re designed it from the ground up to include lots of new goodies
This version has a setup menu with options such as sensor type, temperature display mode such as celsius or fahrenheit, PID mode is selectable and LCD brightness.. it has safety timeouts and sensor detection, if sensor is unplugged or goes open circuit the controller shuts down. Other features include auto adaptive tuning and hot end shutdown when knob is at zero.

Can be connected to any common heater 4 Ohm to 12 Ohm - and aluminium block ..
Controller has a 16x2 lcd which displays the setpoint and hot end temperatures .
Temperature is controlled by P.I.D
The controller can switch between Basic and Auto tune mode / Normal / Aggressive mode
Set point control pot range from 0 to 300 degrees temperature is controlled via PID . Temperature can be shown as degrees C or degrees F
Set point range 0 - 10 : Switches Heater off . Set point range 11 - 300 : Switches Heater on .
Sensor Check when booting and while operating - with no sensor connected the controller shows an error message no Sensor !
