The board is designed for adapting a standard 2x10 (0.1"/2.54mm pitch) JTAG to:
A use case example is for the JTAGulator or SEGGER J-Link with tiny boards that use the 10-pin SWD programming connector.
I use this adapter to connect a ST-LINK/V2 to the STM32F030F4P6 Mini Development Board
Connecting the adapter with the programmer does not require a cable 2x10 (0.1"/2.54mm pitch).
