The Raspberry Pi Zero’s best feature is its size, but that comes at the cost of ports. This 3D printed kit will allow you to turn your PI Zero into a dongle so it can be plugged in directly to another computer’s network via USB, making it so much easier to setup/use.
A bit of soldering following the diagram here then place your PI Zero into the dongle case with a fully formatted SD card and close it up with the four screws.
You can find the necessary code to add to your SD card image to use your new USB Dongle via Google Search.
Once you have updated the code and you plug it in it will start to share network resources. From there, you can VNC or SSH into the Pi Zero and control it using your computer, no fussing with an extra mouse, screen or keyboard.
You now have a fully functional Raspberry PI Zero that you can easily plug into a USB and carry around without worry of not having the board in a protective case.
**This is the USB dongle case only. Does not include the Raspberry Pi Zero.
We hope you enjoy using just as much as we have enjoyed assembling. Please do leave us feedback on how you are using your new PI Zero USB Dongle.
