Small adapter board to use a TV remote as a keyboard for a HTPC through HDMI CEC capabilities.
I recently moved from a RaspberryPi to a full HTPC and lost the CEC feature I really liked... I needed a replacement. There are few other available products on the market but I thought they were too expensive and/or too complex for my needs so I designed my own for cheap (apart from the PCB and HDMI headers, I has all the parts laying around).
I also had a Teensy2 connected to my RaspberryPi acting as an Ambilight controller through Hyperion. Instead of having two USB devices, I decided to try and merge them into a single board. On my small setup (22" TV, so around 100 RGB Leds), it's a success !
