Orders generally ship each business day but orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns are accepted for defective products and only within 30 days of the order being placed. Contact us prior to returning any items or no refund will be issued. All items will be tested upon receipt and if found to be non-defective, 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping is at the customer expense. Refunds take 9 to 14 days to process before funds are received.
